DIRECETIONS:(For adult use)
Blend (for no longer than 15 seconds), shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (52 grams) of UltraMeal^® PLUS 360° with 237 ml (8 fl oz) of chilled water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution: Do not use if you have a gastrointestinal ulceration or obstruction. Do not use if you currently have or previously had breast cancer and/or breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer.
