SURO’s Maple Wine Vinegar takes 1 year to make from start to
finish. Made at the sugar shack artisanally, the Maple Wine Vinegar starts with maple
syrup which is vinified into maple wine. The maple wine is then acetified into vinegar
in a slow process using the Mother of vinegar. This ancestral method ensures that you get all the enzymes which occur naturally in the Mother of Vinegar.
